In 1726, Jonathan Swift wrote “Gulliver’s Travels” which was a story of an English surgeon, named Lemuel Gulliver, who takes to the high seas when his business in England fails. Gulliver’s multiple adventures begin in a place called Lilliput when he awakens on a beach after a shipwreck only to find himself immobilized and tied down by thousands of tiny threads woven around him by the very tiny Lilliputians.

If Gulliver had been awake, he could easily have snapped these threads individually or in small numbers and the Lilliputians would never have succeeded in taking control of Gulliver and making him their prisoner. Those tiny threads were multiplied and woven hundreds and thousands of times by the Lilliputians while Gulliver was sleeping. By the time Gulliver finally did wake up, it was too late. He was totally incapacitated and unable to do anything. He was at the mercy of his new masters, the Lilliputians.

Just like Gulliver, the American people appear to be either asleep or unaware of the growing danger of being incapacitated by America’s own version of the Lilliputians, who are nothing more than well financed traitors to this great country. In our case, the threads used to take our freedoms are restrictive laws, ‘green’ regulations, international agreements and treaties, presidential executive orders, unconstitutional court decisions, government grants, private-public partnerships, loan guarantees, etc.

Communism has been replaced in name only, by the so-called ‘green movement” where the neo-communists use junk science to predict a cataclysmic environmental crisis in order for the government to step in to control how and where you live in order to protect the environment. I call these neo-communists the ‘watermelon people’ because they are green on the outside and communist red to the core on the inside. Do not underestimate the danger these neo-communists pose to our way of life.

There is a worldwide network of these watermelon people who are prominent business people, socialist billionaires, environmentalists, academics, media moguls and corrupt politicians who are very much like the Lilliputians in Gulliver’s Travels. They are the neo-communists (new communists). Pushing the globalist agendas of Global Warming, Agenda 21 – Sustainable Development, Cap-and-Trade, social justice, world-wide financial reform and protection of the planet Earth, these individuals and non-governmental organizations are extremely well financed by socialist billionaires, large international banks and corporations and their tax-free foundations. With almost unlimited funding, they pose more of a danger to the American people’s freedoms, liberty and sovereignty than any foreign enemy.

This growing network of individuals and non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) have been using our country’s membership in the United Nations and other international organizations to circumvent the US Constitution by gradually expanding the role and power of these international organizations in an effort to diminish our own sovereignty. Using international trade and climate agreements, presidential executive orders and an ever increasing number of ‘green’ regulations, the globalist enemies within our own country have crippled our manufacturing base and energy industry. They push to give non-elected international organizations ever increasing powers over the American people at the expense of our country’s sovereignty.

More recently, these globalist neo-communists have been advocating for the consolidation of international finances and money creating powers into a new world-wide banking system that would concentrate power into the hands of a few private international bankers, kind of like a global Federal Reserve Bank. All of this is proposed for the benefit of all mankind, of course.

The individual “threads of change” that America’s own traitorous Lilliputians use against their fellow Americans are varied and if examined individually would not appear to pose to any big danger to our way of life in America. But added together, these individual “threads of change” (presidential executive orders, laws, international agreements, ‘green’ regulations, etc) are placing American’s freedoms, liberty and sovereignty at risk. This is one reason that many Americans today feel that the American way of life is being attacked and challenged every single day from a hundred different directions and they are right.

Here are just a few of the “threads of change” currently being woven around America’s freedoms, liberties and sovereignty by these traitorous enemies within out own country:

a. Millions of dollars in “legal” special interest bribes to our politicians every year by lobbyists;
b. 20 million illegal aliens being allowed to remain in this country costing the American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars;
c. Election fraud through the use of new, easily hacked electronic voting machines without paper trails;
d. Downplaying of the importance of English as our official language;
e. Destroying our manufacturing jobs through unfair trade agreements like NAFTA and CAFTA that benefit large international corporations over American workers;
f. Growing influence of private, non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) like the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission on our government’s political leaders and policies;
g. Failed social engineering programs in housing, education, finance, employment, etc.
h. Expansion of underfunded entitlement programs including the new Obamacare;
i. Ever increasing taxation of the people at every level of government;
j. Frequent attacks on the Second Amendment guaranteed rights of American citizens from every level of government;
k. Creation of one financial crises after another that are designed to allow the federal government and the Federal Reserve to assume a larger role in controlling the economy even though the federal government’s own actions, policies and legislation caused the crises in the first place;
l. Federal government’s use of the threat of terrorism as an excuse to become more intrusive into our everyday lives and thereby place more and more limitations on our personal freedoms and liberties;
m. Increasing use of prescription drugs to alter the behavior of more and more Americans. For example: At the present time, there are 6 million children under the age of 18 in the USA who have been prescribed mind-altering psychotropic drugs like Ritalin;
n. Deliberate “Dumbing Down” of the American education system through revised teaching methods and the re-writing of textbooks to include politically correct and globalist agendas that is “indoctrinating” our young people;
o. Deliberate and frequent attacks on mainstream organized religions (particularly Jewish and Christian);
p. Surrender of our government’s constitutional power to create money to a group of private international bankers (the Federal Reserve) who answer to no one and who are slowly and deliberately bankrupting this country through the use of “fiat’ money;
q. Manipulated and biased news stories from the mainstream media that are too often designed to support the political agendas of their owners, international bankers and corporations, special interest groups and their favorite political candidates.
r. Politicization and manipulation of science by special interest groups for political gain through the use of legal and/or economic pressure to influence the findings of scientific research and then using their own media outlets to control the way it is disseminated, reported or interpreted. The Global Warming hoax is a prime example of this process;
s. The endless cycle of war that has occurred since America became a member of the United Nations. The UN charter has allowed our politicians to send American troops into combat on foreign soil without formal Declarations of War;
t. The step by step surrender of our nation’s sovereignty to an ever expanding and un-elected United Nations bureaucracy in order to promote the need for a “New World Order” and “One World Government” under the guise of fighting common global threats against all the people of the earth including the pollution of the oceans, the aids epidemic, third world poverty, terrorism and of course global warming;

Unfortunately, the previous list is only a small fraction of the thousands of “threads of change” that are being woven around and through American society today by America’s enemy within. Although this traitorous network of individuals and organizations is relatively small, they have an unlimited amount of money at their disposal to use to pursue their globalist agenda.

The long term plan of America’s neo-communist Lilliputians has been to use a small “step by step” progressive process, or a “thread by thread” change process that is designed to slowly but steadily advance their goals while at the same time going virtually unnoticed by the majority of Americans. Unfortunately, if these enemies within are successful in implementing their Communist Manifesto goals, America will be gradually converted from a sovereign nation into a subservient position in the New World Order run by non-elected, appointed bureaucrats selected by the neo-communist (neo-coms) billionaires, crooked politicians, special interest NGO’s and the international bankers.

The sheer number of these individual globalist “threads of change” that threaten America’s freedoms, liberty and sovereignty have been increasing dramatically in the last few decades. As these “threads of change” are very carefully woven deeper and deeper into the fabric of American society by the enemy within and are combined with other “threads of change,” they are steadily becoming stronger and shortly will be almost impossible to break.

If America fails to awaken soon to the danger that these traitorous American Lilliputians pose to this country, we too, like Lemuel Gulliver, will find ourselves totally incapacitated, without individual freedoms and liberty and unable to do anything about it. The grip of these international criminals and traitors must be broken and the threats against our liberties, freedoms and our nation’s sovereignty must be eliminated before it is too late.

If the weaving of the “threads of change” by the enemy within is ultimately successful, the US constitution will gradually be superseded by international laws, rules, regulations and the legal decisions of an International World Court.

If we do nothing and the traitorous Lilliputian neo-communists are successful in fully implementing their globalist agenda for America, we will all be destined to be poor, overtaxed, unarmed, bound by the chains and shackles of servitude and at the mercy of our new masters, the global elite.

But we have a choice!

In 1776, our Founders stood up, put their lives and fortunes on the line and declared their freedom and independence from the chains and shackles of the King of England. In 2011, Americans must once again be willing to stand up and publicly declare their Freedom and Independence, not from the King of England, but from the chains and shackles of our own government and from those traitorous individuals and organizations who pull the strings of the politicians and the media like puppet masters from behind a curtain of secrecy, bribery and deception.

The fight for our freedoms and liberty must be intensified here and now. We must put aside those minor differences that have separated us in the past and unite as one strong political force to restore our Liberty now. We must recruit more freedom loving Americans into our ranks and grow our numbers by the millions.

The road ahead will not be easy and the traitorous enemies within our own country are very cunning, unscrupulous and have unlimited resources. But they are no match for an army of united and determined American citizens like us who are prepared to fight the hard battles that lie ahead, as our Founders did 235 years ago.

Let all true liberty groups and individual patriots in the country find a way to join together and coordinate their efforts in 2011 and 2012 to continue the journey that will leave future generations of Americans a legacy of individual freedom and liberty, a first class education system, a clean environment, a strong and sovereign America with an honest, limited government that will offer unlimited opportunities for their future.

Let there be no doubt about the outcome of this fight because a strong-willed, united force of freedom loving American citizens will prevail against tyranny!

Some members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) have been are traveling around this great country, at taxpayers’ expense of course, meeting with members of their communities in town hall style meetings hurling vile and false racist charges not only against their fellow white members of Congress, but at anyone associated with the Tea Party movement, particularly if they happen to be White. Apparently, these members of the Congressional Black Caucus feel that anyone who is White, in the Tea Party movement and is standing up for the constitution and/or who wants a smaller federal government with less spending, is an anti-Black racist.

At one of these recent CBC Town Hall meetings, Representative Andre Carson (D-Indiana), said that some (White) members of Congress want to go back 50 or 60 years with regard to race relations. He said “Some of these (white) folks in Congress right now would love to see us (blacks) as second class citizens and some of them in Congress right now with the Tea Party movement would love to see you and me hanging on a tree.”

Of course, Andre Carson has never really had anything of substance to say during his unremarkable congressional career, so what the hell, why not just accuse Whites of racism and put the race card on the table. Remember back in March of 2010, when Representative Andre Carson, the NAACP, along with Congressmen John Lewis and Emanuel Cleaver made complaints that a mob of White Tea Party protestors had spit on them and called them “niggers” in front of the Cannon House federal building during the health care debate. Unfortunately for them, someone recorded the entire incident and the allegations were proven to be absolutely false. The congressmen and the NAACP representatives had made up the whole thing to show that they were the “victims” of White racism. These congressmen outright lied and it was caught on tape. Who were the real racists back then?

As far as the lynching of people is concerned, Representative Carson is apparently ignorant of the fact that it was not just Blacks who were lynched by the KKK and by members of his own party, the southern Democrats. After the Civil War, the Democrats in the south called Republicans “radicals” because the Republican Party had become a bi-racial party that actually allowed Blacks to vote and participate in the political process. For example, in the South Carolina of 1868, the Republicans in the state legislature were made up of 50 Blacks and only 13 Whites, while the Democrats were all White. Out of the 4,800 people that were lynched during the next 90 years or so, 1,300 of those lynched were White, mostly Republicans who were lynched because they supported Black civil rights. With this history, it boggles the mind that Blacks would remain so loyal to the Democrat party.

What exactly is the Congressional Black Caucus? Can White people be admitted or is it a Blacks-only racially-exclusive group? And if it is a racially-exclusive group, how can such a “Blacks-only” group that discriminates against White people in membership, even exist within a federal government organization that is paid for by taxpayer dollars? Here are the answers that may surprise you.

The Congressional Black Caucus was founded in 1971 by 13 Black members of congress and in its 40 or so-years of existence it has never allowed a White Congressman, Congresswoman or Senator to become a member. This ”No Whites” policy of the Congressional Black Caucus was tested back in 2007 by a newly elected House member, Stephen I. Cohen of Tennessee, a White man who represented a 60 percent Black district. During Cohen’s 2006 campaign he was quoted as saying that if elected he would try to become “the first White member” of the Congressional Black Caucus. Shortly after being sworn in on January 2007, however, Cohen’s bid for membership was turned down and he heard from several Black Congressional Caucus members that “whites need not apply.” Who were the real racists here?

At the time, Congressional Black Caucus member William Lacy Clay (D-Missouri), son of one of the CBC’s founders, confirmed that. “Mr. Cohen asked for admission, and he got his answer. … It’s time to move on. It’s an unwritten rule. It’s understood. It’s clear” that White people cannot become members of the Black caucus. Rep Clay went on to say:

“Quite simply, Rep. Cohen will have to accept what the rest of the country will have to accept – there has been an unofficial Congressional White Caucus for over 200 years, and now it’s our turn to say who can join ‘the club.’ He does not, and cannot, meet the membership criteria, unless he can change his skin color. Primarily, we are concerned with the needs and concerns of the black population, and we will not allow white America to infringe on those objectives.”

Who are the real racists here?

For approximately 40 years, White people have been denied membership in a federal government funded congressional organization just because of the color of their skin. Isn’t this a violation of federal anti-discrimination laws? The American taxpayers, of all races and creeds, pay the salaries of the congressional staff members, as well as the congressional office expenses that are used to support this apparently racist Black organization.

The main question here is how can such racial discrimination against White congressional members exist in the United States in 2011? Can you imagine the uproar if there was a White Congressional Caucus and they had refused to allow a Black member of congress to become a member because of the color of his or her skin. Oh! Wait a minute. I forgot. You can’t have a White Congressional Caucus because that would be considered racist!

Let’s take a quick look at the recent remarks of some members of the Congressional Black Caucus and see what this traveling band of racists instigators have been saying:

Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-California) was caught on tape saying that “the Tea Party can go straight to hell” and called for mass demonstrations by Blacks including runs on the banks and civil unrest not only in their neighborhoods but in the neighborhoods of White people as well. These are pretty strong words from a woman who is under investigation for misusing her congressional office to help her husband’s Black-owned bank get some TARP and Stimulus funds. Who is the real racist here?

Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-Florida) said: “High unemployment in the black community is a result of White racism. When you look at African American males, 40% of them are unemployed, those under 30 years of age. And all of the growth in the past 30 years, we see it.” She conveniently ignored the fact that the Democrat party had controlled congress from 2007 to 2010, and had done a great job of creating more government programs that destroyed the economy, along with a lot of help from President Obama.

Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Florida) said “the Tea Party is the Republican Party” and later urged the panel to play down the power of the tea party. “I’m not going to continue down the path of giving them all this credit,” “Turn the tea party upside down!” he said. This coming from a man whose congressional career began after he was impeached from his Judgeship for taking a bribe of $150,000.

Joining the members of the Congressional Black Caucus at one of their recent town hall meetings was the Reverend, Jesse Jackson of “Hymie-Town” fame, who also made some outrageous charges that White Tea Partiers were the ones opposing the civil rights movement led by Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. “The tea party is a new name on an old game,” he said. “Dr. King fought a ‘tea party’ in Alabama…He had no weapons, but he confronted the tea party.”

Of course there was no tea party movement in Alabama when Dr King was alive, but Jesse Jackson, like his friend Al Sharpton, is not restricted by the facts. There is nothing like a phony, charlatan, opportunist preacher bearing false witness and trying to divide Americans by using that worn out old race card. But that is nothing new for Reverend “Hymie-Town” is it? Who is the real racist here?

I believe the Rev. Jackson also needs a lesson in history. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a registered Republican. Why? Because from its founding in 1854 as the anti-slavery party, the Republican Party has been the party that has championed freedom and civil rights for Black people, not the Democrat party. The Democrat party is, as it always has been, the party of Slavery, Segregation, Secession and now Socialism.

It was the Democrats who fought to keep blacks in slavery and passed the discriminatory Black Codes and the Jim Crow laws that Representative Andre Carson talked about, not the Republicans.

It was the Democrats who started and supported the Ku Klux Klan and it was the Democrats who were involved in the lynching and terrorizing of Blacks, not the Republicans.

The Democrat party has fought tooth and nail for most of their history to prevent the passage of every civil rights law beginning with the civil rights laws of the 1860′s, and they continued fighting the civil rights legislation into the 1950′s and 1960′s. Remember Senator Robert Byrd, the famous Democrat Senator from North Carolina who at one time was a Grand Cyclops in his local Klux Klux Klan chapter.

What some of the members of the CBC seem to forget is that the tea party movement is made up of people from all races, ethnic backgrounds and political beliefs. What should bother most Americans, both Black and White, is that it appears that out of the 43 members of the Congressional Black Caucus, only one member has the guts to stand up and speak against the racist remarks made some of its members.

If a White member of congress said that the failing economy was caused by the actions of racist Black members of congress, White congressmen and women would be stepping over each other to express their outrage. Where is the outrage about these comments from the Black members of congress or President Obama? Why do they remain silent? Are they afraid to criticize a fellow Black politician because they would be called an Uncle Tom?

Fortunately, Black members of the Tea party movement are standing up to be counted and are coming out against the remarks made by the CBC members. Rep. Allen West, the no-nonsense GOP congressman from Florida and the only Republican member of the Congressional Black Caucus, said he might even consider leaving the CBC after hearing the vitriolic, anti-White, anti-Tea Party language.

Emery McClendon, an African-American from Fort Wayne, Indiana, who is among the most popular speakers at tea party events both in Indiana and nationally, said Carson and some of the other members of the CBC should apologize. “I’m the one who started the tea party here in Allen County,” McClendon said. “I have never in my career, and it’s been almost three years now that the tea party’s been in existence, experienced any form of racism or any form of any negative-type treatment from anybody. The negative treatment that I have received has been from basically my own people, other blacks, telling me that I’m wrong for being a part of it, but without having any type of reasoning or proof as to why I shouldn’t be a part of the Tea Party.”

I wonder if the Democrat Party leadership, as part of their demented Election 2012 strategy, has given the green light to some Black Caucus members to hit the streets with their baseless, racist allegations against White people, while also calling for protest and resistance against the Tea Party movement. Is this what the Congressional Black Caucus is supposed to be about? Are certain CBC members deliberately trying to divide America along racial lines in the hopes that all hell breaks loose before the 2012 elections?

Is this where these new Black “Flash Mobs” are getting their ideas from? As you may or may not know, violent Black ‘Flash Mobs’ have randomly and viciously attacked White people in several major cities and other locations throughout the country during 2011, with little or no national news attention given to these incidents. If there were violent White ‘Flash Mobs’ randomly and viciously attacking Black people throughout the country, it would surely have made the national news. Are these Black ‘Flash Mobs’ getting their ideas to hate White people from certain members of the Black Congressional Caucus?

The vitriolic, anti-White, anti-Tea Party rhetoric coming from some members of the Congressional Black Caucus is right out of Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.” Demonize the White members of congress and the Tea Party. Create a climate of fear, distrust and racial animosity that might lead to civil unrest, violence, rioting, racial hatred, and destruction so severe, that President Obama and the federal government will have to intervene in the name of national security, peace and order, and we will all suffer from a loss of our freedoms and perhaps our very liberty.

The racist leaning members of the Congressional Black Caucus, as well as their Marxist friends and fellow travelers in our government, are keenly aware that the majority of Americans of every race and creed are waking up to what is happening in America. The people are becoming aware that they are being used as pawns by those in power and by those who seek power. The American people are beginning to find out about the globalist and socialist plans for America and they don’t like what they see and hear, so some members of the Congressional Black Caucus and similar race-based organizations must now ratchet it up a notch or two.

Playing the race card is what these racist individuals always do when all other options run out. They haven’t been able to keep up the deception of the American people and a growing number of Americans, including an increasing number of Black Americans, are now resisting their socialist plans for the country. Apparently, it is now time for certain Black leaders to declare war on those outspoken, White racists and to try to shut their mouths once and for all by calling them racists. Calling White people ‘racists’ has always worked in the past, but as the members of the CBC will soon find out: “that old dog don’t hunt no more” and by their own words and actions, we now know who the real racists are!

With the help of an increasing number of well-informed and courageous Black Americans who are now willing to speak out against the racial agenda-driven, establishment Black political leaders, America will be better able to move forward as one strong, freedom-loving movement without separating ourselves into different hyphenated racial groups.

Together, Americans from all races and creeds will continue on our journey to restore our Republic and leave future generations of Americans a legacy of individual freedom and liberty, a first class, non-government run education system, a clean environment, a strong and sovereign America with an honest, limited, constitutional government that will offer unlimited opportunities for their future.

It seems that since the end of World War II, the United States has been in an almost continuous state of war without a formal Declaration of War having been passed by Congress. Our political leaders from both political parties have been using a loophole called the United Nations to circumvent our Constitution and send our young men and women into combat. Our current president, Barack Obama, has taken it a step further in disregarding the constitution by not even consulting with congress before he committed the American military to yet another unconstitutional attack on a foreign country.

This is no coincidence since the United Nations Charter was authored by a Rockefeller aide and globalist named Alger Hiss, who was later convicted of being a communist spy for Russia. Circumventing the sovereignty of individual nations has been the globalist’s plan all along and the United Nations has been the change agent for this plan.

When all presidents are sworn in, they take an oath of office to “…preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Perhaps they should take an oath to obey the Constitution. The U.S. Constitution clearly states that only Congress has the power to declare war, and to make all the laws necessary to engage in military conflict. The War Powers Resolution subsequently passed by congress defines precisely what is required of the President before military action can begin, but even by those loose standards, the President still has no constitutional authority to commit the American military to engage in hostilities if we have not been attacked.

If President Obama wanted to involve the American military in the internal matters of Libya or any other country, he is required by the U.S. Constitution to make his case before Congress and put it to a vote.

Several times before the attack on Libya, Mr. Obama issued conflicting statements on the necessity for military invention and whether or not there should be a no-fly zone established over Libya to protect civilians. At no time did he contact congress concerning the issue. I believe that Mr. Obama’s flip-flopping and indecisiveness must be viewed in the context of his overall desire to change America’s approach to international affairs from one of unilateral decisions being made by a sovereign nation, to some sort of radical, deferential, globalist approach that cedes our sovereign decisions to the United Nations and other equally corrupt international bodies.

When the United Nations Security Council approved the resolution authorizing the use of force against the Libyan government, our president ordered the U.S. Military into action almost immediately without the knowledge or approval of Congress. It is a dangerous situation when only one person, even if he is the President of the United States, uses the authority of the United Nations to wage undeclared war without the consent of the Congress of the United States. His actions cannot go unchallenged or there will be no limitations on his power.

Mr. Obama’s actions should be of great concern to all American for they clearly show that Mr. Obama refuses to accept the limitations placed on our federal government and the office of the President by the Constitution and that he apparently considers the United Nations to be a higher authority than Congress and the sovereignty of the United States.

Where is the so-called conservative Republican leadership on the issue? There doesn’t seem to be any outrage about the unconstitutional attack on another country or any demand that President Obama obey the Constitution.

For example: In a statement released after the U.S. military assault on Libya had begun, John Boehner, Republican Speaker of the House of Representatives, said it was “unacceptable and outrageous for Gaddafi to attack his own people, and the violence must stop,” but Mr. Boehner never once mentioned Obama’s unconstitutional decision to take action against Libya without consulting Congress. What about the Constitution Mr. Boehner?

In the Senate, Republican Senator John McCain also did the two-step around the constitutional issues and instead criticized President Obama for not moving quickly enough in his UN-permitted action against the Libyan dictator. “He waited too long, there is no doubt in my mind about it,” said McCain who seems to have missed the point that the President has a constitutional obligation to go to the Congress before committing the American military to attack another country.

Bombing Libya, killing members of their military and creating a no-fly zone is an act of war. What would we do if another country or countries (with United Nations approval) created a no-fly zone over the United States and shot a few missiles into our country?

The United Nations has been granted no legal authority over the American people or our government because the UN does not derive its powers from the consent of the American people. Americans need to stop thinking that the United Nations has some legitimate, legal authority over our country. It does not! Americans have a choice. We can follow the U.S. Constitution and protect our freedoms, liberties and sovereignty, or we can continue to contribute billions of dollars to a bottomless pit and submit to the unconstitutional interference by the United Nations in our country’s and other country’s internal affairs.

Perhaps, the time has finally come for Americans to rethink the value of our membership and participation in the United Nations. The evidence is clear. Not only should we get out of the United Nations, but maybe it is also time for the United Nations to get out of the United States as well.

Global governance and the New World Order are growing stronger under our current President. When high ranking government officials from only a few nations can meet with representatives from the United Nations and issue an order for the bombing of a sovereign nation, using U.S. military assets, without Congressional approval, this ladies and gentlemen is global governance by the New World Order using the United Nations as a tool of control.

This end run around the Constitution by President Barack Obama must be rejected and our American national sovereignty must be reaffirmed as the only legitimate authority that governs the citizens of the United States.

The Congress of the United States has the duty and responsibility to make Barack Obama obey the Constitution and to limit his powers based on the Constitution. He is slowly becoming a dictator because as president, he has refused to enforce laws that he disagrees with; he has refused to abide by court decisions that he disagrees with and now he refuses to obey the Constitution that he has sworn to uphold.

Mr. Obama must be held accountable for his actions and Congress must act immediately. If members of both houses of Congress do not do their job in 2011, many of them won’t be around after the election of 2012, that is, if our Republic survives that long.

Sometimes I cover topics that no one else will touch and this week is one of them. My guest this week is Mr. Frosty Wooldridge, the author of “America on the Brink: The Next Added 100 Million Americans.” We will talk about whether there is a growing Muslim threat throughout the United States and the world and whether or not it is time for rational Western countries to enact an all-out ban on Muslim immigration. It’s proved disastrous in all of Europe where Muslims migrated. Why? Because recent history has shown that Muslims do not assimilate or acculturate into host countries. Rather, they become antagonistic, regressive and violent. According to Mr. Wooldridge and several other authors, a ban on Muslim immigration into the USA is not only constitutional, but “a practical and necessary way to defend ourselves against the growing threat of homegrown terrorism the U.S. faces in the 21st Century.” We will also talk about illegal aliens and other immigration issues.

On January 6th, the international Banksters at the private Federal Reserve screwed the American people again and not too many people noticed. It seems that the Banksters became concerned that the Fed might suffer some monetary losses if the value of their massive amount of bond holdings were to decrease. So what did they decide to do?

Well, with the stroke of a pen, the Banksters used their usual smoke and mirrors, sleight of hand trickery to transfer any risk of becoming insolvent through bad investments by transferring that risk to the American taxpayer. It is important to point out that congress did not give the Federal Reserve the power to make the American people responsible for their bad debts and the American people were not even openly informed of the trickery of the Federal Reserve. The accounting gimmick, phrased in such a way by the use of overly technical jargon, was not immediately noticed by financial and media experts.

What is clear to this American taxpayer is that the privately held Federal Reserve does not have the authority to make the American Taxpayers responsible for their debts. The main question is “Could the Federal Reserve ever go broke?” The answer to that question has always been ‘Yes!’ They could go broke just like any other bank.

Until the American people and congress address this issue, the answer to this previous question may now be ‘No!’ If the newly created accounting gimmicks are allowed to stand, the Federal Reserve will, if they are in financial trouble, simply get money from the U.S. Treasury (from you and me) and then report it as a liability. In plain language, this means that the American taxpayers will be on the hook for any bills the Federal Reserve can’t pay and they will be getting a bailout without anyone voting on it or approving it.

In Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, the people of the United States granted Congress the power “to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.” The people never gave congress the constitutional power to delegate this money-creating and regulating responsibility to any private group. Yet this is exactly what the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 did. The bill was publicly promoted as a plan to reform the nation’s monetary system and stabilize the currency by taking control of it out of the hands of big bankers. In reality, of course, the Federal Reserve Act was written by the big bankers for the purpose of solidifying their control over our currency.

Many Americans today wrongfully believe that the Federal Reserve is somehow part of the federal government, possibly even the Treasury Department. Many do not know that the Federal Reserve is actually a cartel of private banks that was given the power to be the sole issuer of U.S. money, with full control over its quantity and thus its value. Since this group of private bankers (the Fed) provides credit to the U.S. government when we spend money we don’t have, the Fed also is able to profit handsomely from the ever-increasing national debt. Because the Fed makes more money when the country goes deeper into debt, there is no incentive for the Fed to support any reductions in federal deficit spending. The more credit we need, the more money this cartel of private banks will make.

The actions the Federal Reserve Board takes can drastically affect the economy simply by making decisions about the money supply and interest rates. The president, congress, big business, investors, home buyers and anyone else with an interest in our economy waits with baited breath every time the Federal Reserve Board meets. If these elite private bankers decide to raise interest rates, politicians and industries could fall, homes might not be purchased and jobs could be lost. If the Fed decides to lower the interest rates, politicians, industries, investors and consumers may prosper. There is too much power vested in a handful of people whose names would not be recognized by most Americans.

Why do we allow such a small group of people on the Federal Reserve Board to wield so much power over our country’s economic well-being? As average Americans strive to earn a living, cope with rising costs of food, fuel and hopefully save or invest for the future, Congress and the Federal Reserve Board are working insidiously against them. On a daily basis, every dollar they have is being devalued through inflation.

Even though most Americans seem unaware of the current plight of the US dollar, especially in relation to the Euro, there is definitely a dollar crisis in the world economy because of the immense size of the international debt of America. America has now become the largest debtor in world history, owing somewhere between $70 and $100 Trillion. The reckless deficit spending by our government, coupled with Federal Reserve Board currency devaluation, has become one of the greatest threats facing America today. Because Congress is routinely spending more than it can tax or borrow and the Fed is routinely printing “Fiat Money” (Dollars backed by nothing) out of thin air to make up the difference, this classic “one-two punch” threatens to further destroy the value of our dollars.

The actions of both major political parties historically would seem to indicate that they want the Fed to print more “Fiat Money” to support their extravagant and unchecked spending habits. Most politicians want the printing presses to run faster and faster, create more credit, issue rebate checks, etc., so that the economy will somehow be magically healed by this dangerous financial potion, or so they believe. The President and members of Congress may love a system that generates more and more money for their special interest projects and earmarks, but the rest of us have good reason to be concerned about our monetary system and the future value of our American dollars.

Issuing “Fiat Money” has allowed our government to live well beyond its means, but that practice cannot continue much longer as it is slowly destroying the value of our dollars. History shows us that when the destruction of monetary value becomes rampant, as the actions of our congress and the Fed would indicate, nearly everyone suffers and both the economic and political structure becomes unstable. The Federal Reserve System has been the tool used by the major bankers to allow them to gain control over the smaller regional and local banks.

The Fed has also acted as the financing agency for Congress’ unprecedented deficit spending on an ever growing, more intrusive federal bureaucracy and the expansion of the welfare state. Some people believe that the private bankers in the Federal Reserve wield so much power that they can intentionally manipulate the economy in order to influence the results of our presidential elections.

Our government and the American people do not need the help of any private banking cartel to manage our monetary system. We need to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and return control of our currency to Congress where it belongs, as was the intent of our Founders. We also need to have a serious national discussion about how real currency reform can be achieved.

As long as the private Banksters that make up the Federal Reserve Board have control over our nation’s money supply, Congress’ control of the purse-strings will not have the benefits the country’s Founders intended.

The Federal Reserve’s recent actions in flooding the world with new dollars and most recently using accounting trickery to make the American taxpayers responsible for any bad investments they make, is surely cause for immediate action by our new congress.

Let’s hope they have the guts to take them on! If they don’t, they will face the wrath of the American people in 2012.

What are the American people going to do when Julian Assange of Wiki-Leaks decides, at some time in the future, to release the computerized confidential medical records of all Americans that have been obtained from a disgruntled employee of the new federal government’s central medical database?

Of course, the HEADLINE OF THIS ARTICLE IS NOT TRUE, but it could happen if the Obama administration’s unconstitutional Health-Care law is fully implemented, which requires the confidential medical records of all Americans to be placed in a nationwide federal database.

Don’t you feel confident that the information in that centralized medical database would be as secure as:

1. the half a million classified national security documents that were recently stolen and posted on the WikiLeaks website, or

2. the lost government computers containing social security numbers of American citizens and veteran’s personal information, or

3. the TSA’s nude photos of airline passengers appearing on the internet?

The main question to be answered is: “Does the federal government have the constitutional authority to know anything about your personal medical history? Of course the answer is a resounding NO! They do not have the constitutional authority.

Unfortunately, if the Obama administration’s Health-Care law is fully implemented, it will be a major, unconstitutional assault on your personal privacy in a number of ways. The socialists in our government will have achieved their long-cherished goals of:

1. issuing every American a national (medical) I.D. card,

2. obtain a direct channel into your bank account by the IRS, and

3. make sure your confidential medical records are fully computerized and available to all “authorities” in a secure centralized federal database.

Although I agree that some level of computerization of medical records have some advantages for medical use at the local level, the rules contained in the Obama administration’s health-care overhaul law create very weak protections against anyone of “authority” in the federal government who wants to see the records.

Who would want to see your records and who would have access to them? The FBI, the IRS, Homeland Security agents, most federal agencies, health insurance companies, or even disaffected federal employees like U.S. Army Private Bradley Manning, who with unfettered access to the centralized medical records database records, could give or sell the confidential medical records of all Americans to data thieves, marketing companies or even to Julian Assange of WikiLeaks.

Given the well documented inefficiency with which our federal government does anything, I think it is safe to predict that mistakes from faulty data entries, loss medical records, mis-entered ID numbers, “down” computers, could lead to drastic and life-threatening medical problems or wrong medications being given to many patients.

Over time, many other people and organizations could end up with your personal, confidential information through lost government computers, accidental leaks, or by the illegal sales of medical information to advertisers or criminals by corrupt bureaucrats. To top it off, these same federal bureaucrats would most likely give you bureaucratic grief when you try to access your own records, while all “authorities” will be given an unencumbered access to them.

Thank God that U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson in Richmond, Virginia, said recently that the mandate on individuals in President Barack Obama’s health-care legislation goes beyond Congress’s constitution powers to regulate interstate commerce.

Judge Hudson severed the issue of the mandate, which is set to become effective in 2014, and didn’t address other provisions such as expanding Medicaid or the collection of personal medical records in a nationwide database.

“At its core, this dispute is not simply about regulating the business of insurance — or crafting a scheme of universal health insurance coverage — it’s about an individual’s right to choose to participate,” wrote Hudson.

The ruling is the government’s first loss in a series of challenges to the law mounted in federal courts in Virginia, Michigan and Florida, where 20 states have joined an effort to have the statute thrown out. Constitutional scholars said unless Congress changes the law, its fate on appeal will probably be determined by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Let’s hope that the U.S. Supreme Court eventually rules that the Barack Obama’s health-care legislation is unconstitutional. The American people must also be relentless in telling their elected representatives that they want this bill repealed as quickly as possible as it is an unconstitutional attack on our individual Liberty.
